The study focused on determining the structural soundness of Carpio Hall and Federizo in Bulacan State University-Main Campus. parameters used were age building, material used, existing condition, compressive strength beams, columns, slabs two buildings. processes tests that involve include visual inspection, non – destructive testing, hypothesis interview. performance non-destructive particularly Hammer Rebound Test is to determine each member followed by testing establish significance floor level. Based results, a Structural Audit Plan for was proposed. It may be as basis allocating budget repair, retrofitting, renovation.
